Travelling in company is different. It's more relaxed and the priority shifts slighly more from riding to socialise. Dan and me were riding all day side by side on the empty roads in Zimbabwe chatting and laughing. We even got to exchange our bikes for a while, he liked to try my Aerobar and I his Rohloff Internal hub. Manu always stood in sight and bravely kept up. There ain't many girls I know of with that willpower! But the best is the camping in the evening. Sitting late around campfire and suddenly even cooking is fun. I guess the quality of food improved for all of us :)
